Telehealth sessions
Currently all sessions are held by telephone or video conferencing. The Australian government has released Medicare items specifically for COVID-19 enabling us to provide psychologist services via phone or video link for up to 20 sessions per year.
Face-to-face sessions
Once lockdown restrictions are lifted our practice will strictly adhere to our COVID Safety Plan involving:
- Wearing a mask where possible.
- Providing hand sanitiser at all practices.
- Maintaining safe distances; not shaking hands.
- Maintaining social distancing in our waiting rooms and therapy rooms.
- Disinfecting and santising surfaces daily.
What can you do?
- If you feel unwell, stay home, get advice from your GP and get tested.
- If you have been in contact with someone who has been exposed to the virus or have been identified as a close contact please self isolate for 14 days.
- Thoroughly wash your hands by scrubbing for at least 20 seconds.
