Rebates & Discounts available

We believe that psychological services should be accessible to everyone regardless of their financial circumstances. The following discounted fees are available to students, pensioners, and low-income earners:

  • Student/Low-income earner: 50-55 minute consultation: $130 or Bulk-billed* 
  • Weekend/after-hours surcharge: $20
  • Assessments & report-writing (per hour): $160

Medicare rebate

If you are referred to a psychologist by your GP or Psychiatrist with a Mental Health Care Plan, you can claim a Medicare rebate of $84.80 per session for up to 10 sessions of psychological therapy per calendar year.

The ATAPS (Access to Allied Psychological Services) program is available to individuals in the Western Sydney area that are financially disadvantaged (e.g. pensioners or health care card recipients), at risk of suicide, and/or from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Through ATAPS, you may be eligible for up to 18 sessions per calendar year, at no cost.

Private health rebates

You may be eligible to receive on-the-spot rebates towards psychological services from your private health fund. Please check the details of your cover with your provider if you intend to make a claim.

WorkCover / Comcare / MAA / CTP Claims

If you have a current worker’s compensation or CTP claim, you may be eligible to receive psychological treatment sessions to assist with your injury recovery and return to work. If approved, the associated fees would be covered by your insurer. More info


Clients currently receiving LegalAid support may be entitled to funding for mental health assessment and/or reporting for their case.


If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, we ask that you do so with more than 24 hours before an appointment. Otherwise, a full cancellation fee may apply.
